Through coaching, organizational consulting, immersive Experiences, and transformational retreats, she integrate more than three decades of experience in identity transformation, leadership development, human potential, and organizational effectiveness.
Depending upon the individual or organization, the process may incorporate tools such as the Life Potential Portrait, Self-Image Assessment, Human Design, Enneagram, and MBTI—not as labels, but as instruments for greater self-awareness, discovery, and conscious choice.

Transology™ is different because it addresses transformation at the level of identity. Rather than focusing primarily on changing behaviors, improving performance, or solving an immediate problem, my work helps individuals and organizations become aware of the conditioned patterns beneath those behaviors and understand how identity is shaping the way they think, choose, live, and lead.
Awareness creates the opportunity for conscious choice. From there, individuals and organizations can determine what continues to serve them, what needs to be transformed, and what wants to emerge.

Transformational Story
For much of June's life, she did what many of us are taught to do. She worked hard, accepted responsibility, built a career, achieved success, and became someone others could depend upon. From the outside, much of her life appeared successful. Yet there were times when what had always worked no longer worked, and the identity she had developed no longer fully reflected who she was becoming.
Her search led her beneath behavior and achievement to the patterns, beliefs, and conditioning that had shaped how she thought, chose, lived, and led. She discovered that meaningful transformation was not simply about doing something differently. It required becoming conscious of who she believed herself to be and choosing what she would carry forward and what she was ready to transform.
That journey became the foundation for Transology™ and the work she now share with individuals, leaders, and organizations who recognize that what brought them here may not be what takes them forward.
