I'm June Nix
June's work today is focused on bringing Transology™ to individuals, leaders, and organizations through her writing, coaching, consulting, immersive Experiences, and transformational retreats. Her aspiration is to help people become more conscious of who they are, recognize what is uniquely theirs to express, and make choices that contribute not only to their own lives but to the greater Whole.
June Nix, Ph.D., is an Identity Transformation Expert, Leadership Consultant, author, and creator of Transology™ and The Transology Experience™. For more than 35 years, she has worked with individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations to understand and transform the patterns shaping how they think, choose, live, and lead.
June’s work brings together identity transformation, human potential, consciousness, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Rather than focusing only on changing behavior or improving performance, she helps people look beneath what they do to understand the beliefs, patterns, conditioning, and identity influencing how they experience themselves, others, and the world.
Her passion for this work began long before it became a profession. At fourteen, June committed herself to finding answers to six fundamental questions: Who is God? What is God? How is God? Who am I? What am I? Why do I exist? Those questions initiated a lifelong journey of discovery through education, relationships, career, leadership, personal transformation, spiritual exploration, and decades of working with individuals and organizations.
Over time, June began to recognize that experiences that once appeared separate were part of a larger unfolding process. Her personal search and professional experience gradually converged into a deeper understanding of how identity forms, how conditioning influences our choices, and how greater awareness gives us the opportunity to consciously choose what we carry forward and what we are ready to transform.
Throughout her career, June has coached individuals and executives, developed leaders, facilitated teams and transformational retreats, and worked with organizations to create high-performance cultures and teams. Her work has given her the opportunity to observe transformation from multiple perspectives—from the inner world of an individual questioning who they have become to the collective patterns influencing leadership, relationships, performance, and organizational culture.
Her entrepreneurial journey has also required transformation. Earlier in her career, June developed Transology™ and began offering transformational work but eventually recognized that meaningful work alone was not enough to make a business sustainable. She stepped away from Transology™ while continuing to develop professionally and personally. Years later, she recognized that the work itself had never left her. Returning to it required her to practice what her own journey had taught her: listen, discern, choose, and act.
